Originally, I started creating content for my own platform, but over time I realised what I loved most wasn’t just posting - it was the process of translating ideas, experiences, and expertise into content that actually connects with people.

That’s what led me into working with brands and founders more closely, and eventually building a space where I support both personal brands and wellness businesses behind the scenes.

My approach is shaped by both my professional work and my own lived experience. I’ve spent the past 9+ years navigating chronic illness, which has deeply influenced how I see health, communication and community online.
